I get a lot of request for the older content so I am putting this one back up. It is old and outdated. Back in the early days of Polymer80, we used to get mill bits with our kit and this was the original way to do the frames. This method has long been abandoned but it kind of know to know how far we have come.
If you are looking for the newest methods, check out Freedom Crew University where we teach the newest methods. My good buddy Marine Gun Builder has an excelent course out there including the newer “Bridge Frame”.
