Tools used in the P320 80% Videos

Finishing the P320 80% frame is fairly simple but it does require several tools. In this post, we will show you what tools we used in our P320 80% Videos and when we used them.

Scribe – Mark the Frame Rails

Dremel – Cut the Frame Rails

Dremel Reinforced Cut Off Wheel – Cut the Frame Rails

Deburring the Frame

8 oz Ball Peen Hammer

Installing the Safety Lifter and Sear

Tweezers – Install Safety Lifter and Sear

1/8″ Punch – To install the Safety Liger Spring into the Frame

Installing the Takedown Safety Lever

Pick – Compress Spring

Brownells Universal Pistol Armorers Block – (you can use a piece of 2X4 with holes drilled into it as well)

Lyman Tapper Hammer – Drive the Trigger Stop Pin into the Frame

Installing the Trigger Bar and Trigger

Tweezers – Install Trigger Spring
