The TRB Life August 25 2020 : Cardio and Video Editing
The TRB Life is a view into my life as a content creator in 1 minute or less videos. In this episode, Cardio and Video Editing, I just finished my morning cardio and am getting ready to edit some video. If you notice, I still have my Covid-19 hair as it has been over 9 months since my last haircut.
I have been recovering from injuries for over 5 years and have been settling into my new daily routine. This is a routine of maintenance. Long gone are the days of heavy 45-minute cardio routines 5 days a week along with lifting. I now suffer through boring 30-minute low impact cardio on a bike just to keep my legs moving to stave off knee replacement surgery as long as possible. My hopes of returning to shooting competition and ultimately going into 3 gun are over. I am fine with that as long as I can still get to the range and pull the trigger.

Cardio is typically the first thing I do when I get into the studio in the morning. This allows me to weak up and think clearly on the tasks that I need to get done before I start my day job. On this day, It was video editing for a video that I was releasing the next week on the Mantis X10.
