Polymer80 PF940SC completion using a Dremel

Our Polymer80 PF940SC completion using a Dremel video will show you how to complete the Polymer80 subcompact frame using a Dremel. Using a Dremel is the easiest way to complete a Polymer 80 frame. We find using the endmill that comes with the kit hard to use and un-necessary. We also completed this frame using a drill press. Click here to see that video.

New to 80 Percent?

Are you new to 80 Percent gun building? Don’t worry, this is one of the easiest builds that you can do. It does not require special tools and the build goes together easy. You will not spend hours doing a slide fitting as you will do on a 1911 build. This video will walk you through the machining process and then how to assemble the parts into the lower. We also have a Glock slide video if for some reason your slide came disassembled.
